Sports min. receives 1st Egyptian climber of Europe’s highest mountain

Sports and Youth Minister Ashraf Sobhi on Sunday 8/3/2020 received Nourhan Refaei who is the first Egyptian climber of Mount Elbrus, the highest mountain in Europe.

The minister praised the Egyptian athlete and her capabilities and courage to take this adventure, voicing his ministry’s support for Refaei and all athletes vying to claim trophies in all international events.

Sobhi said the ministry follows up all preparations taken by Refaei to climb the world’s highest mountain; Mount Everest.
