Petroleum minister reviews cooperation with Bahrain and CAte d’Ivoire

Petroleum Minister Tareq el Mulla discussed with his Bahraini counterpart Sheikh Mohamed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa means of promoting bilateral cooperation.

The two sides also reviewed oil market prices as well as efforts being exerted by the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC), the Petroleum Ministry said in a statement on Wednesday.

The minister also met with CAte d’Ivoire Minister of Petroleum, Energy and Renewable Energy Abdourahmane Cisse.

Cisse hailed the leap realized in the Egypt Petroleum Show (EGYPS 2019) in view of the wide participation of international oil companies.

Mulla underlined Egypt’s interest in furthering cooperation with African nations after assuming the rotating presidency of the African Union.

The meetings took place on the fringe of EGYPS in which about 20,000 exhibitors from 40 states are taking part alongside 400 local and international companies.
