Mahlab – Unemployment Rates Declined

Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab said that according to the statistics conducted by the Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics (CAPMAS), unemployment rates in Egypt started to decline.

He said there are no unemployment rates in the construction sector because of the national projects, which are currently being implemented.

He pointed out that there are about 110,000 job opportunities available for youth, including 82,000 jobs in the Manpower Ministry and 30,000 in the Education Ministry.

The PM’s remarks came during the final session of the first conference on illegal emigration.
