EGYPTIAN PRESIDENT, SAUDI FOREIGN MINISTER HOLD TALKS

CAIRO, Sept 8 — Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi Sunday received Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Saud Al-Faisal and discussed current regional developments and the alarming mounting threats in both Iraq and Syria.

Al-Sisi affirmed his country’s keenness on achieving political stability and security in Libya, warning against any foreign interference in the neighbouring North African country.

The Egyptian leader underscored the importance of bolstering pan-Arab joint action to combat the scourge of terror and maintain regional stability, stressing the need to restore security and stability in Iraq and Syria and preserve their territorial integrity and sovereignty.
