Egyptian, British forces practice shooting drills

Elements of the Egyptian and British armed forces practiced shooting drills as part of “Ahmose-1” joint war games which run during March at Mohamed Naguib military base, located in Al-Hammam area, west of Alexandria.

The drills come in light of Cairo-London distinguished ties, which reflect their ability to work together with the aim of maintaining the region’s security and stability.

The military exercises included the training of both armed forces to use shooting weapons and means of storming buildings controlled by terrorist groups as well as to detect explosive devices in order to raise combat efficiency.

The troops also received first aid training on first aid and how to evacuate the injured during security operations.
