Egypt wins silver, bronze of doubles at world bowling championship

Egypt has snatched the silver and bronze medals of the women’s doubles of the the world bowling championship-African zone in Johannesburg.

Sherine Saleh and Menna Sultan won the silver, scoring 2,174 points, topped by their rivals of South Africa, who achieved 2,260 points.

Meantime, Aliaa Ismail and Sarah Gamal gained the bronze with 2,150 points, beating their competitors of Ethiopia.

Eight countries – Egypt, Ethiopia, Ghana, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Africa and Tunisia – are competing at the tournament.
