Egypt Participates in 14th e-Assessment Question 2016

Egypt, represented by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT), will participate in the 14th e- Assessment Question 2016, organized by Assessment Tomorrow, taking place in London on March 16-17, under the theme: “the Future: e-Assessment opportunities and barriers, risks and rewards”.

The event aims to examine how the tools, techniques and technologies of e-Assessment can respond to the challenges of the world we live in. Learners’ expectations are those of the digital age. From all sides, the pressure is on to provide cost effective and secure assessment for learning, examinations and qualifications. At the same time, the tools and technologies are evolving.

The speakers at the conference, therefore, will evaluate opportunities and risks that must be balanced. The event will feature presentations, workshops, and panel sessions, exhibition of leading suppliers, experts and experienced speakers and great networking opportunity.

Day One will focus on e-Assessment for learning within the context of learning and teaching, from the classroom to the workplace, covering policies, strategies and initiatives, systems, services and latest developments, innovation and development. Day Two will focus on e-Assessment in the delivery of qualifications, examinations and certification, tackling the expectations of stakeholders, new approaches to certification and showcasing the solutions.

Assessment Tomorrow has been working in the field of e-Assessment and e-Learning since its formation in 2003. It manages, hosts and organizes conferences, seminars, workshops and training events in the field of computer based assessment and learning. It manages also projects for private and public sector organizations that are selecting, developing or implementing e-Assessment or e-learning solutions.
