Egypt, Greece discuss military cooperation

Egypt’s Defense Minister Mohamed Zaki and his Greek counterpart Evangelos Apostolakis discussed ways of boosting military cooperation.

Talks tackled the latest regional and international developments and their impact on security and stability in the Middle East.

Zaki hoped the coming period would witness more cooperation with Greece in security and military domains.

The Greek minister said his country shares close viewpoints with Egypt towards the challenges threatening international security and peace.

Chief of Staff Mohamed Farid attended the talks.
