PM Discusses With Jica President Pushing Up Investments

Prime Minister Ibraheem Mahlab received President of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) Akihiko Tanaka and the Japanese Ambassador to Egypt for considering means of pushing up projects in the coming period.

Mahlab stressed the depth of Egyptian-Japanese relations, noting that Japan is highly respected by the Egyptian people.

Mahlab expressed his appreciation for the efforts made by JICA over the past 30 years, hailing the programs and development projects financed by Japan in that period.

For his part, JICA president thanked the Egyptian side for the great reception that he witnessed, asserting that the coming period would witness more cooperation between the two sides.
