Egyptian Voters Turn Out En Masse in Geneva

A huge turnout of Egyptian voters was reported at the Egyptian General Consulate in Geneva to cast their ballot in the presidential elections.

The consulate provided all the necessary facilities to make the voting process easy.

In exclusive statements to MENA, Egypt’s Consul General in Geneva Ambassador Ahmed Shahin said that Egyptian expats flocked to the consulate despite that today is a normal working day.

He further expected that the number of voters in the presidential polls would surpass those who cast their ballot in the constitution referendum.

Egyptians will have to choose between the former army chief, Abdul Fattah el-Sisi and Hamdeen Sabahi, who came third in the 2012 presidential election.
