Cabinet Discusses Efforts to Clear Desert Mines

Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab reviewed on Sunday 1152014, at a Cabinet meeting, efforts for clearing mines in the Egyptian desert using modern equipment.

The meeting was attended by the ministers of local development, transportation, planning and international cooperation, tourism, agriculture and land reclamation, information, housing and health as well as the governors of Alexandria, Matrouh, North Sinai and South Sinai.

Mahlab asserted the importance of finalizing the de-mining process as soon as possible in order to promote economic and urban development.
